ZappySales provides tech-enabled commerce acceleration services, including but not limited to marketplace management (ZappyRx), AI-enhanced outsourcing (TalentMeetsAI), and fulfillment solutions (Zappy3P). Specific terms for each service may be provided in separate agreements.

You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
- Not engage in any activity that interferes with our services

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by ZappySales and protected by intellectual property laws.

Payment terms for our services will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZappySales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
